Raw Mango & Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:One raw mango diced
3/4 cup grated coconut
1 inch piece ginger
2 green chillies
2 tsp mustard
2 red chillies

Method:Grind coconut, green chillies, ginger and 1 tsp mustard.
Coarse grind the mango.
Mix it with the coconut mixture.
Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard and red chillies and add it to the chutney, stir in some salt and serve with idlis, dosas, vadas or just about anything.
