Hot Buttered Coffee

This one will leave you feeling warm inside- especially with the butter, the spices and the rum. Well, I don't want to give much away. But then I will say this- You add some flour to this concoction in a large mug with a few more spoonfuls of sugar for some instant rum and coffee cake :) Here's how

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp butter
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 3/4 cup freshly brewed coffee
• 1 clove
• 1 tbsp dark rum
• 2 pinches nutmeg powder

Method:

• Put butter in a cup and pour in the steaming hot coffee.
• Add sugar, clove and rum.
• Add nutmeg, stir and serve hot.
