Rocky Road

This is my attempt to recreate a dessert I particularly like at a local eatery. But, instead of layering brownie with ice cream and roasted nuts, I combined a shot of espresso with two large scoops of chocolate ice cream and home made nutter butters (followed this recipe for the nutter butters). It gave nearly the same effect and made for a nice indulgent snack on a lazy Saturday afternoon.
